Grandma K!

This past week Tom's mom, Debbie, came to visit. It is so much fun for Tom and I to show Bethany off to anybody but especially our parents (probably because we know they love her just as much as we do).

This was Debbie's first visit down here so we did all the touristy things with her. We went downtown to the Alamo and the Riverwalk. The weather was a little cool but still nice.  On Saturday we drove over to Lackland Air force Base so that Debbie could see where she went to basic training. She is pretty sure we found the barracks she stayed in but it was hard to tell considering how much things had changed. Bethany did great the whole time we were dragging her around the city. I just put her in the moby wrap and we didn't hear a peep out of her.

It was wonderful having an extra baby holder around. Grandma K was especially good at keeping Bethany happy on the floor for tummy time. So good in fact she was able to coax Bethany into rolling from her back to her tummy!

What a blessing it was for Bethany to have her Grandma K here. We are all looking forward to moving back to the NW some day so Bethany can be spoiled more often by her grandparents.
