I'm starting to really look forward to holidays now that Bethany is getting old enough to get excited about festivities. We decided to do a little egg hunt for her in the living room this morning. I was surprised how fast LB picked up on the idea, she had all six eggs in her basket in less than 2 minutes. Then she had quite the time opening the eggs to see what was inside. Her favorite thing is the sticky octopus that "crawls" down the wall. I think it could entertain her for hours.
We had some friends from church over for lunch and they brought some Easter trinkets for our little cutie too. The hit for the rest of the day was the bubbles they brought that don't spill. These bubbles really are quite genius, especially since Bethany always wants to hold the bottle. Speaking of having friends over for lunch, it finally gave me an excuse to buy the red velvet cake at Costco. SO GOOD.
